During his tenure in Central Bank of Armenia, Artashes specialized in international sanctions and relations and fought against money-laundry. In SoftConstruct, he was in charge of trademarks and patents’ registration and protection, litigation and corporate law.

The visionary founder of the company, Aram Hovhannisyan brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the industry, encompassing production, distribution and investments. His latest film as a producer, Master and Margarita, has grossed an impressive 30 million dollar box-office just in CIS territory.

EDUARD HARUTYUNYAN

Chief Accountant

Eduard has started his career in GVM, where he gradually developed from junior accountant to chief accountant. Later, he continued his growth in TML where he was in charge of cash flow control, preparing financial statements and curated a team of three professionals.

Produced an animated feature “The Snow Queen” (2012) released in more than 130 countries; “The Spirit” by Joseph Fiennes (Russia/ UK, 2007) which won “Cinema for Peace” Award in Berlin. Worked on HBO "PU-239" with Oscar Isaak, Hallmark’s "Icon" starring Patrick Swayze, “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" starring Tom Cruise. Member of 2010 EMMY Awards Committee.
