A group of misfit agents of Military Intelligence is assigned a place in an abandoned office building to surveil elite residents of an expensive apartment complex. While their costumers remain vague, leaving the agents in the dark about the true purpose of the surveillance, strange things begin to happen: equipment malfunctions, eerie sounds and whispers are heard in the headphones. Trying to figure out what is going on, the agents delve into the dark underbelly of the building's secrets.
